About the Role
Mendota Health is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Director of Clinical Services to support our mobile wound care teams. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this role plays a key part in mentoring APPs, fostering clinical excellence, and driving strategic priorities in a rapidly growing, tech-enabled healthcare environment.
Youll build community, uphold our quality standards, and ensure our Advanced Practice Providers deliver high-quality care that transforms livesacross all our markets.
Leadership & Support
Supervise and support APPs, Community Engagement Directors (CEDs), and Patient Access Representatives (PARs)
Build a positive, collaborative, and accountable clinical culture
Conduct regular 1:1s and performance evaluations with APPs
Collaborate with operational leadership and Medical Director
Clinical Quality & Training
Champion adherence to Mendota Health clinical standards
Provide in-person and remote clinical training, including onboarding for new hires
Monitor clinical documentation, conduct audits, and offer coaching
Identify and address knowledge gaps and barriers to advanced treatment
Strategic Execution
Lead or contribute to clinical meetings, case reviews, and cross-functional initiatives
Help develop and enforce clinical policies and reporting metrics
Participate in clinical duties up to 25% of the time
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Minnesota
Board Certified/Prepared (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)
Graduate of an accredited APP program
Active, unrestricted NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
DEA licensure/prescriptive authority (as needed)
3+ years clinical experience (wound care required)
3-5 years clinical leadership experience preferred
Experience in a mobile/multisite or startup environment is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends
Location: Remote with some travel in assigned territory
