If you have a strong background in healthcare business management and a passion for fostering high-performing teams, this role is for you. You will oversee the clinic's overall success, with an emphasis on operational excellence, growth, and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include: Driving operational success while exceeding growth and client retention targets. Retaining and engaging talent by hiring, developing, and mentoring staff. Building lasting relationships with families, caregivers, and community stakeholders. Ideal candidates will possess at least a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years in operations and leadership within a high-growth service industry, especially in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. A thorough understanding of ABA therapy and/or allied health services is highly desirable. This role requires a leader with exceptional emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial spirit, alongside a track record of financial acumen.
