We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Director of Client Success - Healthcare RCM to be the face of XpertDox for our customers. You'll be their trusted guide—onboarding them, answering their questions, solving problems, and helping them get the most from our platform. This role is designed for a current RCM Manager who wants to grow into a Director-level position, leveraging their expertise in revenue cycle operations while also driving client success and satisfaction. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with our hospital and clinic clients Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth experience Solve day-to-day questions and issues with confidence Track usage, engagement, and outcomes Collaborate with our tech and product teams to advocate for client needs Help clients unlock more value and expand their use of our platform What We’re Looking For Experience as an RCM Manager (or equivalent) in a hospital, clinic, or health tech setting 1–5 years in customer success, account management, or sales Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes (billing, coding, collections) Excellent communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment What We Offer Competitive salary ($90k - $110k) High-impact role with real ownership Mentorship from physician-founders and a smart, driven team Startup energy with room to grow your skills and career A chance to make a difference in healthcare—every single day
