Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor service delivery for a caseload of 150+ clients and families

Oversee the training, supervision, and support of caregiving staff

Coordinate and host monthly family events, client activities, and community engagement

Conduct routine check-ins, care reviews, and quality assurance visits

Provide mediation and conflict resolution between caregivers and families as needed

Ensure documentation, client files, and service plans are current and compliant

Collaborate with case managers, vendors, and regional centers for client support

Support and develop internal workflows to improve communication and response times

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring team members

Report directly to the CEO and support executive-level initiatives for growth

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in client relations, case management, or disability services

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a high caseload

Prior experience with Regional Center services or disability care is highly preferred

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mediation skills

Demonstrated ability to organize events and manage team logistics

Proficient with digital scheduling platforms, CRM systems, and documentation

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or events as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or related field preferred
