Job Details Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate new business partnerships and opportunities. Supervise engineering staff, ensuring goal alignment and performance excellence. Possess a Professional Engineering License (NJ minimum), with coastal permitting and municipal experience being advantageous.
