What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor two civil engineers while managing and designing your own projects.
Drive the growth of both in-house and independent civil projects.
Oversee zoning, site and land development, setbacks, stormwater management, subdivision, utility, and erosion-control design.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding projects from concept through completion.
Manage up to 90% of civil engineering work tied to architectural projects.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects across diverse sectors.
Partner with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and other Civil Engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
Build strong, lasting client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in civil engineering.
1-3 + years of project management experience, including leading direct reports.
Bachelor's degree and PE license (LPE) required.
Strong expertise in site development, land development, and stormwater management.
Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
Prior survey experience strongly preferred.
Experience working within a civil engineering firm.
Broad project exposure across hospitality, healthcare, education, residential, corporate, and subdivision sectors.
Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and a collaborative, people-first mindset.
