Description Director of Cardiovascular Services - Miami, FL. Job Type : Full-time. (Perm) Shifts : Days. Unit : Cardiovascular. Summary: The Facility is located in Miami, FL. You will be responsible for the staff performance and the accomplishment of department responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, department, and safe policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements. ·Responsible for providing high-quality patient care to and acting as liaison with patients and their representatives, for promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, for promoting internal and external customer satisfaction and for appropriate resource management, and for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Qualification: · Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree - preferred. ·Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State or have a compact or multi-state RN license. ·Must have Director or Manager Cath Lab experience or 5+ yrs progressive cardiovascular services leadership. ·Current BLS, ACLS is Required.
