In this pivotal role, you will lead our Cancer Care Service Line, driving both strategic and operational success. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating clinical, financial, and human resources to achieve our performance goals and foster growth. You will collaborate with partner institutions on strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensure standards. Additionally, you will spearhead interdisciplinary work groups, guiding the creation and execution of innovative programs, and ensuring our cancer center is primed for any emergency scenario. Ideal candidates will have 6-8 years of progressive experience in healthcare management, particularly in an executive capacity within an ambulatory setting focused on cancer care. The position requires a deep understanding of business processes and ambulatory operations, statutory requirements, and a track record in process improvement and system integration. Strong project management abilities, along with the skill to influence and engage diverse stakeholders, are essential. A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree is required, alongside a passion for delivering the highest quality of patient care and embracing new technologies and approaches.
