Mahler Private Staffing is the national leader in providing staffing and consulting services for America's leading families' homes and family offices. In addition to our Milwaukee corporate office where our sales and marketing functions are based, we have offices in Palm Beach, FL; Beverly Hills, CA; and Palm Springs, CA.
The key functions of this role are to engage with existing clients to secure new business, oversee the client ambassador program, partner with the Founder on sales presentations to wealth managers, foster relationships with centers of influence, and to oversee marketing outreaches to existing clients and candidates. This role will conduct new client intakes and ensure a complete transfer of information on every new order to the team who will service the client.
70% of our business is recurring clients. There is no cold calling.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a candidate based in Milwaukee, or someone who wants to return there, and has significant experience cultivating relationships and selling services. You have a strong executive skillset.
Ideal experience could include fundraising, selling professional services, or contract negotiation for high-net-worth individuals or high-profile companies.
You are smart, articulate, polished, a global sophisticated thinker, respect discretion, and are a self-starter who has a proven track record of success.
Compensation & Terms:
We are flexible on a start date. We offer a significant base salary and incentive plan, with the expectation that the all in compensation will be in the range of $150,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
