The Opportunity As Business Development Director , you will:
Identify and target new enterprise accounts within the Fortune 1000.
Develop entry strategies, prospect, and build executive relationships.
Uncover client business objectives and lead a team of subject-matter experts to craft tailored engagement solutions.
Manage complex sales cycles (3–12 months) and close high-value deals ($250K+).
This role blends strategic selling with solution design and offers a high-impact path to significant earnings.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of B2B sales experience selling professional services to large enterprises.
Proven record of new business development with large-volume sales ($250K+ per deal).
Demonstrated success managing long, consultative sales cycles.
Stable career history (no more than three positions in the past ten years).
Strong relationship-building and executive-level presentation skills.
