At At Home Harmony (AHH), we are reimagining senior healthcare, bringing personalized, in-home medical care to older adults with complex needs. Our team is growing rapidly, backed by leading healthcare investors and a proven leadership team. Were now expanding into western North Carolina and additional Virginia markets (Lynchburg and Fredericksburg), and were seeking a Director of Business Development to drive that growth.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Business Development will lead enterprise growth initiatives, manage key partnerships, and own the business development pipeline across multiple healthcare sectors. This is a high-impact, outward-facing role with significant opportunity for career advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute AHHs growth strategy across multiple partnership channels, including ACOs, health systems, senior living chains, and specialty medical groups.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline from lead generation to contracting and long-term relationship management.
  • Use data analytics and Salesforce to track KPIs, forecast revenue, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve enterprise growth and referral goals.
  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing business development team.
  • Represent AHH at conferences, industry events, and with C-suite decision-makers.
  • 70% external facing time, 30% administrative time

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth within complex healthcare ecosystems (e.g., managed care, home health, senior care, or health tech).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation: $110,000$120,000 base + performance incentives, equity options, and comprehensive benefits
