Who We Are 

HC Intellect is a tech-enabled revenue cycle company. We help healthcare providers stop losing money to bad billing and slow collections. HQ is in Milwaukee, operations in Chennai, but this role is 100% U.S.-based and remote. 

What You’ll Do 

This is not a cushy corporate sales job. We don’t have layers of junior sales and marketing support. You’ll be the point of the spear. 

  • Call and email new prospects (outbound). 

  • Respond to warm leads (inbound). 

  • Talk to healthcare executives (CFOs, physicians, practice owners). 

  • Run discovery calls, pitch, handle objections, and close deals. 

  • Manage your own pipeline. 

  • Work directly with the CEO. 

If you can take a lead from first contact to signed deal, you’ll do well here. 

Who You Are 

  • You’ve sold before. Ideally in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or services. 

  • You know how to hunt, not just wait for leads. 

  • You like being paid based on performance (uncapped). 

  • You’re hungry, persistent, and don’t need hand-holding. 

  • You want to make a lot of money and grow with a company that’s scaling fast. 

What We Offer 

  • Base salary + uncapped commission.

  • Remote role (must be in the U.S.).
