Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a digital agency or related industry. Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-To-Haves Experience as a designer, technologist, or producer.
