Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development located in either VA, or the Northeast. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans within the Surgical Assist and Neuromonitoring industry, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts. Their primary aim will be to deepen and expand business relationships with Surgeons specializing in Ortho, Neuro, Spine, Robotics, GYN or General Surgery to drive revenue growth and ensure the company's continued success. Qualifications New Business Development and Lead Generation skills in healthcare Experience in Business Planning and Account Management Proficiency in Contract Negotiation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Experience working directly with surgeons to provide business solutions, not staffing support.
