Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years experience in tech/B2B sales, including enterprise companies. Deep knowledge of loyalty industry trends, solutions, and best practices (highly desired). Strong market understanding of North America, including competitive landscape and customer insights. Proven ability to align sales and marketing strategies for impact. Experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and digital marketing. ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Management Manage the full sales cycle for Comarch’s Loyalty products, from prospecting to closing. Lead inbound and outbound lead generation, utilizing CRM tools. Identify target segments and optimize engagement strategies to increase conversions. Understand client needs and collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions. Balance inbound lead management with outbound lead generation and nurturing. Coordinate efforts with marketing, product, legal, and customer service teams to ensure seamless sales processes. Negotiate contracts that meet customer needs and company objectives. Sales Optimization & Growth Conduct discovery to understand client pain points and goals. Deliver tailored presentations and demos to showcase Comarch’s competitive advantages. Partner with marketing to refine messaging and lead generation strategies. Represent Comarch at industry events to expand network and stay ahead of trends. Serve as an account manager when needed to ensure long-term client success.
