Director Of Business Development Requirements And Qualifications

5+ years managing a high performing sales team is required Managing, developing and supporting a sales team focusing on maximizing productivity Responsible for creating and achieving an annual sales plan through growth and penetration of existing accounts Present new ideas and products from primary vendors and exclusive brand products to secure accounts Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing a sales team

Director Of Business Preferred Background & Skills

Experience using quantitative & qualitative research data Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities Demonstrated problem-solving ability and negotiation skills
