Apply today! Responsibilities Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level. Coach employees to overcome objections and work collaboratively towards growth goals. Maintain knowledge of community resources, providing in-services and education to the sales team. Communicate with healthcare professionals about interested, prospective, and current patients. Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, and the community to promote understanding of the hospice philosophy and support to patients. Assist the Director of Admissions in overseeing the referral-to-admission process to meet growth objectives. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare sales preferred.
