Apply today! Responsibilities Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level. Coach employees to overcome objections and work collaboratively toward growth goals. Maintain knowledge of community resources, providing in-services and education to the sales team. Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about interested, prospective, and current patients. Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community to promote hospice philosophy and support for patients. Assist the Director of Admissions in overseeing the referral to admissions process to meet growth targets. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare sales preferred.
