*The Role*
We are seeking a strategic and design-led *Director of Brand Marketing* to head brand marketing, campaign execution, and creative direction for our Licensed Fine Jewelry division. This role is responsible for building compelling brand narratives, driving seasonal campaigns, and overseeing all consumer-facing visual content. You will serve as the brand’s creative steward—owning how we show up to consumers and licensors alike. From ideating campaign concepts to guiding visual execution and ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints, this role is as much about creative leadership as it is about strategic thinking. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring brand vision to life, while performance and analytics support will be driven in partnership with Sales, Merchandising, and Performance Marketing teams.
This role also acts as the main Point of Contact for licensors and retail partners for all marketing approvals.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling*
● Lead concept development and art direction for all campaign assets — including photoshoots, digital content, and editorial visuals
● Translate product and brand positioning into compelling creative narratives and consumer-facing materials
● Oversee the visual identity of the brand across all channels, ensuring consistency and premium execution
*Licensor & Retail Partner Management*
● Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related licensor communications and approvals
● Ensure timely submissions and alignment with all licensor brand standards and legal requirements
● Support retail partner marketing needs, including co-branded promotions, visual merchandising, and in-store storytelling
*Marketing Calendar & Promotional Strategy*
● Own and manage the comprehensive marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and key retail moments
● Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and brand activations in alignment with merchandising and sales teams
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of all deliverables
*Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration*
● Manage the in-house graphics and social media teams, fostering a culture of creativity, and innovation
● Collaborate closely with design, product, merchandising, and sales departments to align messaging and initiatives
● Partner with external agencies, freelance creatives, and photographers as needed for campaign execution
*AI, Innovation & Digital Strategy*
● Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
● Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices in the jewelry, fashion, and beauty space
*Campaign Performance & Insights*
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives and KPIs and assess creative effectiveness. Support insights-driven creative refinements through regular collaboration with analytics, sales, and performance teams.
● Leverage analytics to optimize creative strategy, channel mix, and content planning
*Qualifications*
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or visual strategy in fashion, beauty, or jewelry.
-Proven success in licensed brand management and working with entertainment licensors.
-Track record of developing and executing high-impact campaigns across digital and retail channels.
-Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative and social teams.
-Excellent project management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
