Summary: Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of benefits/wellness strategy and programs; providing strategic analysis on competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of existing and new programs; leading implementations and project teams while working with vendors and internal resources; managing all vendor relationships; ensuring compliance of benefit and retirement program with various local, state federal and governmental regulations including Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Employee retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) reporting and disclosure requirements and annual filings (such as 5500s) and managing a team of direct and indirectly reporting employees.
