Job Details
We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Asset Management to join our growing team. This Sr. Director will lead portfolio oversight, and drive performance through business plan execution, strategic decision making, and collaboration with operating partners.
Responsibilities Underwriting Negotiating Leases Supervising 3rd Party Property Management companies Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Developing and Executing Business Plans Support Acquisitions, financing, and portfolio reporting initiatives Lead comprehensive quarterly reporting and annual portfolio budgeting processes
What You Should Have 5+ years of Asset Management Experience Background in Industrial Assets Effective communication and presentation skills to work effectively with and present to a broad range partners, agencies and third-party manager
