Based in their Houston office, this individual will oversee a portfolio of office and industrial assets, leading asset performance and executing business plans across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include: Develop and execute asset-specific business plans for assigned office and industrial properties. Conduct ongoing analysis of asset performance, financial metrics, and market conditions to identify value-add opportunities and risk. Oversee leasing strategy, annual budget preparation, financial analysis, and ensure compliance across debt, financing, and investor reporting. Collaborate cross-departmentally with the capital markets team to assist with transactions, manage relationships with brokers and various stakeholders, and liaise with the construction management team to execute capex projects. Provide thought leadership within the asset management function, mentoring junior members.

Qualifications include: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (Masters preferred). 5-7 years of office and industrial real estate asset management. Proven track record of managing institutional-quality assets and executing value-add strategies. Experience with lease negotiations, financial modeling and analysis, tenant relationship management, and capital project oversight. Proficiency with MS Office, Argus, and other financial/valuation software.
