We provide solutions to brands for their Amazon operations across logistics, content, advertising and backend data, so they can grow scale rapidly and protect their online reputation. Founded in 2017 by two brothers, we are building a tight-knit team that creates real impact for our partners. We are seeking a Director of Amazon Operations to lead our fulfillment team as they provide account management, listing optimization, supply chain management and advertising services for a growing portfolio of brands. Were looking for someone who wants to run the Amazon ops machine end-to-end. This leadership team seat will work directly with company founders. A great candidate will bring a deep awareness of the ecommerce variables coupled with a strong skillset in operations and no fear of getting deep in the weeds to build or refine workflows. Meet with SMEs overseeing content optimization, advertising, inventory management, and analytics to tighten reporting and increase speed within feedback loops Contribute to establishing and/or refining playbooks for each specialty within the brand management department (content, ads, supply chain, etc) Support team resourcing, tooling, plus SOP creation and management Run regular department meetings and ensure collaborative working environment across multiple teams Own recruiting, hiring and training projects within the department Contribute to setting and accomplishing quarterly and annual company-level goals as part of the formal leadership team Independently maintain expertise in ecommerce and the Amazon marketplace Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher 4-7 years experience leading DTC / Amazon marketplace strategy or operations Skilled in project management, SOP creation/revision Proficient in Google Suite Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles a plus Keepa, DataDive, Revseller, ClickUp and related software experience preferred This role is for you if you: Measure your own success by how impactful your projects are, not by how often you clock out at 5 pm Look at a workflow and cant stop finding ways it could be simpler Have been brand side or agency side in ecommerce operations and love the blend of logistics and data Love to win, and hate losing Are not willing to cash in your reputation, even if it would clearly put you ahead today This role is NOT for you if you: Love the comfort of having an SOP for all situations Would rather let someone else manage the details so you can focus on the big picture Get burned out managing multiple projects Prefer to set easy goals because missing a target feels bad Feel like giving or receiving process-oriented feedback is painful or unkind Want to work from a beach Interview Process: Round 1 - 15 min intro Round 2 - With COO Round 3 - With executive team Want to stand out?
