Industry Retail Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a visionary Director of AI Architecture to spearhead its transformative initiatives in data GenAI, LLM, and Machine Learning. This pivotal role will guide the organization in enhancing efficiency, automating processes, and fostering sustainable growth. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams to design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring accessible and reliable data for advanced analytics. The Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. In addition, you will lead optimization initiatives with a long-term value creation mindset. Candidates should have a proven history of successfully managing large-scale data science transformation projects, ideally within retail, supply chain, logistics, or similar sectors. This role requires a strong leader with experience in team building and a collaborative spirit working alongside senior executives. Technical expertise in designing machine learning, LLM, and deep learning platforms is preferred, along with familiarity with MLOps practices for enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying critical data opportunities within operational systems and be adept at developing and executing data strategies aligned with organizational goals.
