Job Description & Requirements The Director of Advanced Practice and Clinical Operations – Women’s Health will lead the women’s specialty Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team, overseeing risk management, quality, safety, and clinical operations for outpatient clinics. Reporting to the Vice President, Chief Clinical Officer, and with a dotted-line to the Assistant Vice President of Women’s Services, this leader will oversee two direct reports and a team of 32 FTEs. Key responsibilities include building strong staff relationships, observing team dynamics, recommending improvements, maintaining clinical hours, and participating in the Nursing Executive Council. The ideal candidate is collaborative, experienced in leadership, with outpatient experience preferred. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Must be an APRN, PA, or CNM focusing on women’s health. At least five years of clinical women’s health experience preferred.
