The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for a motivated, experienced Director of Admissions to lead our admissions process and help drive census growth at our Duchess County facility.

Position Overview
As the Director of Admissions , you’ll lead our admissions team and collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming admission experience for residents and their families.
Your goal: increase census, strengthen referral relationships, and promote our facility’s positive reputation.
What You’ll Do
Respond promptly to inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins
Coordinate tours, applications, and admission processes
Work with nursing staff to ensure seamless admissions
Communicate admission criteria clearly to families and referral sources
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners
Track census goals and manage referral data and reports
Collaborate on marketing strategies and community outreach
What You Bring
Previous admissions or healthcare marketing experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Computer proficiency (MS Office & EMR systems)
