Responsibilities of the Admissions Director: Responsible for maintaining all the documentation involved with the intake process
Manage inquiry process
Supervising admissions staff and training them as needed
Handle inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc., and provide appointments that include a presentation, tour and closing.
Maintain updated bed ability and facility services information
Keeping all information, such as agreements and contracts, up to date
Qualifications of the Admissions Director : Must have long term care experience
Must have experience as an Admissions Director
Must have strong leadership skills
Must be self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management and organizational skills and a great personality
