What we are looking for: Thorough knowledge of principles related to nursing facility operations, including community relations and marketing. Ability to plan, organize, and present ideas effectively to community groups. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to analyze information and make recommendations. Experience in establishing and maintaining marketing and public relations programs. Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. Flexibility to work hours and weekends as needed. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word. Essential Job Functions: Develop relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and social workers. Build partnerships with area ALFs, home health agencies, and senior centers. Maintain relationships with physicians and recruit new physicians as attending doctors. Assist physicians with credentialing processes. Review and assess prospective residents’ needs using the Green-Yellow-Red Light Tool within a 15-minute guideline.
