A growing professional services firm is seeking a Director of Administrative Operations to strengthen internal infrastructure and support the organization’s continued growth. Reporting to the COO, this role will oversee people, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day business operations and scale processes for future growth Partner with managers to align staffing, tools, and resources with priorities Implement and refine workflows, tools, and technologies to improve effectiveness Manage facilities, vendor relationships, contracts, and office services Support onboarding, training, and cross-functional collaboration Provide executive-level insights and support board initiatives
Qualifications: 8–12 years of experience in operations, administration, or business management Professional services background preferred Proven success in scaling operations and improving systems Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/PM platforms Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
