International law firm is hiring a Director of Administration to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with:
• 7+ years of law firm management/administration experience
• AmLaw200 firm experience, preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Supervise administrative/secretarial staff including hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions and professional development
• Manage department budgeting and financial reporting
• Liaise with building management and vendors
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $190K - $250K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K and more
• Hybrid schedule
