Basic Requirements Higher degree (Master's/Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or aligned field Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in academic or EdTech environments with documented exceptional student outcomes Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/technology to enhance learning velocity Established thought leadership portfolio including speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles Excellence in performance management and ability to inspire peak performance in high-achieving teams Mastery of data-driven decision making in educational contexts Strong stakeholder management skills across students, parents, and educational leaders Nice-to-have Requirements Leadership experience in innovative educational ventures or experimental learning environments Proven ability to navigate diverse educational ecosystems across cultural and geographical boundaries Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles, particularly Bloom's 2 Sigma About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
