Successful Outcomes
- Develop a highly successful Recruitment Agency within Cardone Ventures that allows our clients to find and attract quality talent into their business
- Add a revenue-generating arm of the Cardone Ventures entity that will contribute to the overall success and value of the business
- Lead a team of Account Managers and Recruiters that utilize Cardone Ventures best practices and create a remarkable impact on our client's people strategy
- Ensure a remarkable experience for 10X Recruitment Services clients to make the department a business service of choice for client and team member referrals
Objectives
- Manage employees, create goals for the team, and ensure efficient operations to meet deadlines and targets
- Evaluate key metrics to gauge the quality of service, develop programs to ensure retention during contract duration, and resolve client escalations
- Create and manage department budget and review progress quarterly, making revisions with FP&A if needed
- Propose ideas and recommendations to grow 10X Recruitment Services year over year
- Ensure client accounts are effectively managed by ensuring recruiters complete daily resume reviews, meet interview quotas, and send weekly client updates
- Cultivate a consistent pipeline to ensure revenue goals are met by meeting monthly with Sales, SBU, and Platform teams, and through PEW attendance
- Create and manage an internal resource plan to ensure revenue per employee is in line with revenue goals
- Develop and manage a client health tracker to ensure retention through contract terms and that client target dates are being met
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external leadership and departments to ensure success on collaborative projects
- Review customized ancillary offerings such as resource plans and onboarding templates
- Ability to create and hit revenue targets through strategic planning
- Ability to effectively track and create departmental budgets
- Ability to strategically grow and scale the 10X Recruitment Services department by identifying revenue-driving areas of opportunity and executing on solutions
- Mastery of how to create alignment between proposed strategy and client expectations
- Ability to expedite the recruiting process by educating and training internal staff on Cardone Ventures and industry best practices
- Ability to manage a high volume of both clientele and internal staff
- Mastery of creating and maintaining positive client relationships to facilitate contract renewal
- Desire and proven ability to develop and nurture internal teams to achieve department goals and individual performance goals
- Ability to effectively and quickly resolve client escalations to ensure retention
- High level of business literacy and acumen regarding performance, vision, goals, culture, and leadership
- 5 to 7 years of recruitment or HR experience
- 3 to 5 years in a related management role
- 4 to 7 years in a recruiting or business consulting space

- Travel up to 10 percent of the time
