The Director, Dialysis Services is responsible for managing and directing all activities of the dialysis unit. This includes organizing, planning and evaluating services provided, in collaboration with physician and nursing leadership. Ensures department operates within budget and in accordance with performance standards. Participates in the strategic planning for the department. Has accountability for dialysis / nursing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Three (3) to five (5) years progressive leadership experience in the operation of a Dialysis Unit. * New York State Licensed Registered Professional Nurse * Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) * Excellent customer service skills, responsible for meeting deadline, punctual. * Effective written and verbal skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities. * Basic computer skills * Keeps commitments. When unable gives notice.
