A Day in the Life: As the Director of National Accounts, you'll be at the forefront, leading and turbocharging the team of National Account Managers (NAMs) to accelerate business growth across vibrant territories. You'll work closely with internal teams, bottlers, and key stakeholders to ensure account excellence and align with our strategic business objectives, maintaining the momentum that defines Monster Energy. Act to proactively resolve issues and identify improvement, i.e., finding solutions for unique market demands. Understand the long-term business and financial implications of decisions made. Who You Are: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in retail sales Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reports. Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $99,000-$132,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
