Responsibilities The Director, Ministry Formation is responsible for leading the implementation of programs, processes and models of the Ministry Formation portfolio ministry- wide. Through delivery, collaborations and integrations that enable leaders, clinicians, associates, and partners to flourish and the ongoing integrity of Ascension’s identity as a ministry of the Catholic Church, the Director contributes to Mission Integration goal achievement as part of the Ascension Strategic Plan. Please note this is a Remote position with approximately 25-50% travel required.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead teams in two or more standard ministry-wide programs/strategies/functions Curricula and program logistics design, implementation, peer review and measurement Directly serve one or more ministry market Formation team and/or CMIOs in small ministry markets/services Formation Portfolio implementation Facilitate in one or more ministry-wide Formation program Offer leadership with the Community of Practice in meeting management, practice development, and ongoing growth Provide direct people leadership Provide influence leadership in interdisciplinary work teams, supporting the integration of ministry identity Lead program or workstream budget tracking, reporting, and/or data management Requirements Education: Master's degree in Theology, Spirituality, Divinity, Pastoral Studies, Healthcare Mission Leadership, Ethics, Servant Leadership, or related field is required. Work Experience: 3 years applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership/management experience required.
