About the Role
As the Merchandising Director for our Beauty division, you will lead the end-to-end merchandising strategy and financial planning across both vertical and third-party product assortments. This role is central to newly launched Beauty division, a strategic growth initiative within our organization, leveraging our iconic brand portfolio and omnichannel retail capabilities. You will shape the product vision, drive category performance, and ensure a compelling and cohesive assortment that resonates with our customers across physical and digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Own the merchandising strategy for vertical and third-party product assortments.
- Develop and manage the financial plan including sales, margin, and inventory.
- Lead assortment planning, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze customer insights and market trends to inform decisions.
- Drive innovation in product selection and storytelling.
- Build and lead a high-performing merchandising team.
- Ensure a cohesive omnichannel experience.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize category performance.
- Align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of merchandising experience in retail, beauty, or consumer goods.
- Success in launching and scaling new business units or brands.
- Collaborative leader with strong influence across teams.
- Strategic thinker with deep customer and category insights.
- Operationally rigorous with cross-functional experience.
