The University of Arizona seeks a Director, Men’s Basketball Operations for administration of the men’s basketball program.
This position requires the ability work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate student-athlete schedules and overall time demands/workload; including academic requirements, practice, individual training, strength and conditioning, and medical services. Assist with team travel logistics, including hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and meals. Work directly with the Special Assistant to the Head Coach/Recruiting Coordinator to organize and execute activities associated with team and recruiting operations. Support on-campus recruiting operations and an emphasis on scheduling and logistics. Identify and execute opportunities for student-athlete professional and personal development. Budget Accountability. Additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills. Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills. Ability to problem solve and make decisions. Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions. Dedication and motivation to initiate, lead and support value-added projects. Meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of position related NCAA, Big 12, and University of Arizona rules and compliance. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a positive demeanor. Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to plan, establish priorities and successfully manage multiple priority projects . Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations. One year of experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree.
