A Day in the Life Shape and standardize our offerings across capabilities – fundraising, mobilization, campaigns, and customer engagement.
Scale our operation through new talent, infrastructure, and platforms/partners.
Set expectations with media and project teams for deliverables, quality, and skill sets required.
Guide clients at a high level as they build out their organization and programs for sustainable growth.
Oversee a portfolio of key partners with accountability for program performance and client satisfaction.
Lead business development opportunities, shaping responses to client challenges, driving upsell opportunities, and differentiating us from other agencies.
Identify new markets and experiment with approaches for paid media, especially integrating TV with digital.
Oversee, mentor, and train staff to ensure high-quality media program execution.
Identify processes, templates, and tools to improve team efficiency and output.
Foster collaboration between Media Teams and other departments to strengthen deliverables.
Build team culture and camaraderie.
Inspire others to do their best work.
The Team As a leader of our global Paid Media practice, you'll work closely with colleagues across disciplines to advance agency practices and lead paid media teams across offices. Our team is passionate, geeky, and dedicated to achieving impactful results for causes we believe in.

We operate on a hybrid model. US staff near NY or DC are encouraged to work on-site; managers may require in-person attendance as needed.
The salary range is $130,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications 8+ years experience
Expertise in paid media platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, DSPs, etc.)
Experience managing paid media campaigns for acquisition, awareness, persuasion
Knowledge of political campaign media, managing multi-million dollar budgets preferred
Experience leading media teams of planners and buyers
Familiarity with emerging media platforms (TikTok, CTV/OTT, podcasts)
Experience with digital research tools (Global Web Index, Statista)
Strong audience segmentation and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience developing and reporting on campaign metrics and KPIs
Strategic and tactical thinking
Adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork
Relationship-building skills
