Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the planning, production, and delivery of marketing campaigns that convey our brand purpose as “The People In Your Corner. This position is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite at our corporate office in Lake Forest, IL.
About the Role
As the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll oversee a team of talented professionals, manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure operational excellence in every stage of the marketing process. This role is a balance of strategy, creativity, and execution—critical to bringing CCU’s vision to life in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and development of product marketing campaigns.
Define media and channel mix that align with business goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and platforms.
Manage relationships with external vendors and creative partners.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritize project workflows.
Define key metrics for success, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on budget planning and spend reconciliation.
Design and optimize processes for efficient workflow and maximum output.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on employee engagement, onboarding, and career development. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
7+ years leading creative production teams in agency or in-house environments
Strong ideation and creativity skillset to meet new and future business objectives
A strategic thinker with excellent project management and communication skills
Proven leadership in managing both people and processes

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $89,929 - $143,891 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

You will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) savings plan at any time. You will be automatically enrolled in the pension plan following six months of employment and 1,000 hours of service and reaching age 20.
