To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Director of Marketing & Product Operations to join our Strategy & Operations organization. This role will partner with leadership across the business and lead a team responsible for bringing our products to life in the market.

As Director of Marketing & Product Operations, you will lead a team that is the glue of our GTM rhythms. As we are at a key inflection point of growth, the role of marketing & product operations is critical in allowing us to scale from a single to multiple product company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing & product program managers Collaborates with Marketing & Product leadership to ensure alignment on strategy and direction, effectively communicating and cascading this vision throughout the organization. Drive continuous process improvement, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to streamline practices and communication. Manage the product roadmap and release management processes to ensure the timely and high-quality launch of new features. Drive and influence the organization to deliver the best possible customer experience. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the sharing of best practices across departments. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in marking or product operations, or related roles in high-growth technology companies Demonstrate expertise in system design and process improvement by developing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across the organization. Demonstrate a strong adaptability to changing environments while leveraging data-driven insights to influence stakeholders. Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. [If there's also a hiring strategy in Canada] In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered "Zone 1".

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

United States:

Zone 1: $244,000 - $336,000/year (USD)
