For the expansion of our Global Market Access Team, argenx is looking for a Market Access Pipeline Director. **PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION**### **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Work with Indication Development Teams (IDTs) to optimize trial designs so they reflect payer requirements, by incorporating feedback and needs from regional AccessWork with Indication Commercial Teams (ICTs) to align Access and Commercial positioning, pricing and strategy**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**Have experience and deep understanding of payer needs, decision-making approaches, strategies, and country reimbursement stakeholders and influencers in US and/or key EU marketsExperience in developing global and regional pricing and market access strategies and researchExperience working with clinical development teams Experience working within launch and commercialization teams for therapies in the orphan and rare disease space Experience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities under pressureAbility to grasp highly technical concepts and to work within a deeply scientific environment; Exceptional learning agility, demonstrated by advancement in prior roles/companies Ability to work collaboratively and effectively together within cross-functional teams and networks Demonstrated communication skills, within a multi-cultural and multi-lingual global environment **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE**7+ years of relevant industry experience in biotech/pharma. 5+ years Market Access & Pricing experience specifically involving specialty drug launches in US or EuropeStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Strategic and critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and succinctly articulate complex problems and possible solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
