OVERVIEW: Director of LAL Practice Integration is responsible for helping doctors and their staff succeed with RxSight’s Light Adjustable Lens (LAL). This role ensures practices have the right tools, training, and strategies to adopt the LAL and grow with the technology. The Director works closely with Sales, Clinical Training, and Marketing to simplify the LAL journey for practices. While hands-on and cross-functional, this role primarily works through the field teams—making sure they are aligned, equipped, and consistently using best practices to support customer success. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Support LAL Adoption and Practice Success Lead RxSight’s Elevate Program, which supports practices in growing their use of LAL. Oversee Flight Control (Practice Assessment process) to help identify what’s working, what’s not, and how RxSight can help. Collaborate with RxSight field teams to address practice-specific challenges. Develop customized strategies for Private Equity Groups and high-volume practices. Support launch and growth of Open Access Centers and Centers of Excellence. Train-the-Trainer Program Oversee the “Train the Trainer” program (LAL Clinical and Sales Teams), ensuring experienced practices can coach newer sites. Ensure consistency in how best practices are shared and implemented across the field. Conduct frequent webinars to field staff on improving LAL adoption OD Referral Education In partnership with Director, Professional Education, build and lead a national program to help Optometrists understand the value of LAL and refer the right patients by creating OD referral kit. Work with Regional OD Managers and Clinical teams to roll out materials, webinars, and peer-to-peer tools. Gather feedback from ODs to improve content and strategy over time. Tools & Communication Partner with Marketing to ensure customer-facing tools are created based on field feedback and practice needs. Coordinate with Professional Education to ensure field teams know what tools exist and how to use them effectively. Help build a more seamless training and communication system between Marketing, Sales, and Clinical. CRM & Customer Support Systems Provide input into CRM integration to improve how we support and track practice success. Ensure the customer journey is clearly documented and supported with the right materials at the right time. Customer Recognition & Events Lead RxSight’s Customer Recognition Program, celebrating milestone achievements and strong partners. Identify creative ways to spotlight high-performing practices and share success stories with others. Manage External Partners Oversee key third-party vendors and consultants who support practice integration, OD education, or strategic projects. Ensure deliverables are on time, on brand, and aligned with customer needs. Consultant Management Create and educate an Advisory Board of LAL Adoption experts (MDs, ODs, Admins) to support customers in need of mentorship. Work with the Director of Professional Education to set up Center of Excellence program REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent project management and analytical skills Demonstrable ability to liaise with individuals of all levels, including surgeons, optometrists, clinical staff and facility administrators. Good understanding of marketing and advertising principles Must have the ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines. Work in a fast-paced environment. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a motivated self-starter able to work independently. Must have a sense of urgency combined with a problem-solving approach to completion of tasks. Preferably CRM experience EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING: BA/BS with three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience working in a marketing or practice development role. Good understanding of marketing and advertising principles Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system. The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Formal training in vision sciences, such as at a recognized optometry program or industry training. OD/COT/COA/COMT/CCOA/ROUB highly desirable.
