What You Will Be Doing Global Strategy Development: Designs and implements a comprehensive global labor and employee relations strategy that aligns with organizational objectives, ensuring proactive engagement with members and alignment with business goals. Union and Works Council Leadership: Oversees global union and works council strategies, leads collective bargaining negotiations in the U.S., and ensures effective relationship management across international operations. Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, budget, and personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet operational and strategic goals. Dispute Resolution: Advises leadership and HR teams on resolving grievances, arbitrations, and disputes, prioritizing solutions that strengthen member relations and minimize organizational risks.
