Position Summary:
The Director, Integrated Supply Chain Process is a pivotal role within Methode’s Procurement team. The role reports into the VP, Materials Planning & Logistics, and will be responsible to understand, develop and deploy planning & execution processes necessary to meet functional and business requirements. This role involves a combination of responsibilities including collaborating with key internal stakeholders and leadership to understand requirements and translate into actions required for Global Procurement & Supply Chain execution. Additionally, this role will act as Functional lead within the wider Enterprise Operating System Program, “Methode Connect”.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and optimize global supply chain strategies to support organizational goals, emphasizing efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Provide a lead for all Supply Chain teams in planning and execution processes
Lead program workshops and meetings as required
Work with cross functional teams and contractor teams to establish and execute deployment plans
Develop and deploy the Integrated Supply Chain Operating System (OS)
Map process flows and procedures so that simplification is obtained, and operational efficiencies are gained
Standardize global processes wherever possible, localize wherever necessary
Create clearly defined and mutually agreeable success metrics for each new system or process and establish a plan to track, monitor, and measure the success of those processes
Develop OS task-boards, audits and tools to measure progress and adherence to processes
Develop and execute change management strategies for process transformations and system implementations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively identifying areas for process innovation, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and industry standards in supply chain management processes.
Align process design to digital supply-chain tools to enhance supply-chain innovations and solutions

Expertise in process-mapping, value-stream mapping or similar improvement techniques, using tools such as Microsoft Visio

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to design training material and deliver training
Ability to explain complex processes in understandable terms and develop presentations to sell an idea and take decisions
Extensive knowledge of S&OP, forecasting, planning and inventory management processes
Strong supply chain and statistical, analytical capability

Ability to travel 15-30% of the time, perhaps more during global deployments
Qualifications
Required
Fluent English Language
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Engineering or Information Systems
Experience within the Automotive or Electronics indutries
>5 years of experience in a discipline of Supply Chain Management
Experience of driving Continuous Process Improvements
Thorough understanding of S&OP/S&OE
Solid understanding of supply chain operations, especially inventory control, planning, forecasting and scheduling
Thorough understanding of ERP data parameters
Strong change management and program management skills
Preferred
MSc in Supply-Chain or MBA
IBF/APICS Certified (CPIM, CSCP)
Six Sigma Green Belt
Advance knowledge of, and experience in implementing, digital supply chain systems
Project Management Professional (PMP)
3-5years experience planning, leading, and executing global supply chain initiatives
Spanish or Arabic Language would be an advantage

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
