We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and performance-minded Director of Integrated Marketing to lead 360° marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives for the North American market. This role is the connective tissue between brand, retail, digital, experiential, and communications. You’ll translate global direction and local insights into cohesive go-to-market strategies that build the brand, drive traffic, and accelerate revenue growth across KIKO.com, Amazon, and our retail footprint .

This role reports into the SVP, Marketing and will also partner closely with our internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure fully integrated, high-impact campaigns across channels. You’ll also play a key role in agency management and executional alignment, while helping elevate our presence through experiential activations and high-visibility brand moments. Ideally, you bring a background that blends brand building with performance marketing sensibility . Key Responsibilities: Integrated Campaign Leadership Own the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across retail, digital, influencer, experiential, and PR Build and manage seasonal calendars and launch plans to align marketing activities across departments and external partners Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints Channel Collaboration & Growth Partner with eCommerce and Amazon teams to align campaigns that support performance goals and conversion-driving initiatives Coordinate marketing assets, messaging, and promos for Amazon and KIKO.com that are brand-right and business-minded Work cross-functionally with sales, retail ops, merchandising, and global marketing teams to align on priorities and timelines Experiential & PR Support Lead the planning and execution of brand experiences, pop-ups, influencer events, and retail activations in collaboration with internal and external partners Serve as day-to-day lead with our PR agency, providing strategic input and managing deliverables, timelines, and KPIs Help identify brand moments, trends, and partnerships that can fuel buzz and earned media Strategic Planning & Reporting Develop creative briefs and strategic documents that clearly articulate goals, audiences, and KPIs Track, measure, and report on campaign performance; provide insights and optimizations to maximize impact Work with global HQ to adapt global toolkits and bring localized relevance to the North American market Own integrated marketing brief development and campaign reporting Monitor KPIs across channels and suggest data-driven optimizations Present strategy and results to leadership and cross-functional partners Social Media Collaboration Partner closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure content and messaging align with broader brand campaigns Evaluate opportunities to integrate social content more fully into campaign planning and experiential activations Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or performance-driven campaign management in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry Proven track record of building and executing 360 campaigns across retail, digital, influencer, PR, and experiential Experience partnering with or managing PR agencies and creative teams Understanding of eCommerce and performance marketing, ideally with exposure to Amazon and DTC platforms Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance brand storytelling and commercial impact A proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
