A growing 200 bed nonprofit community hospital in Eastern North Carolina is seeking an experienced, strategic Director of Inpatient Rehab to lead its acute inpatient rehabilitation unit. The unit serves patients recovering from post-stroke, orthopedic fractures, general debility, occasional longer-term TBI, and select medical cases. In 2024, the unit had an average daily census of 9.5 but is poised for continued growth; the average length of stay is 11-14 days. N

The Director will manage both RNs and Therapists and will be supported by Nursing and Quality Coordinators as well as a Unit Secretary.
