We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MA DEEC DIrector I certified educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in early childhood education, a passion for fostering independence and curiosity in children, and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. This full-time role includes overseeing daily school operations and ensuring compliance with all Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) rules and regulations.

\*\*Key Responsibilities\*\*

- \*\*Program Leadership\*\*: Oversee daily operations, maintaining compliance with DEEC standards.

- \*\*Classroom Management\*\*: Create and maintain a comfortable, stimulating, and prepared Montessori environment for children ages 3-6.

- \*\*Individualized Instruction\*\*: Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.

- \*\*Progress Monitoring\*\*: Conduct quarterly Milestone Meetings to discuss and document student progress.

- \*\*Student Records\*\*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student files.

- \*\*Team Collaboration\*\*: Work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the school community.

\*\*Qualifications\*\*

- Degree or certificate in Early Education.

- Director I or II certified by MA DEEC

- 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Preschool Teacher.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- CPR/First Aid Certification.
