Job Overview As a key member of the Ophthalmic and Precision Solutions (OPS) leadership team, the Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving forward the company’s people strategy and Human Resources execution. The role requires a dynamic leader who can think strategically, lead globally, and support day‑to‑day operations while ensuring HR practices reflect the unique culture at OPS locations. Responsibilities Manage the overall Human Resources execution and strategy for OPS, including the Reichert, TMC, and Precitech segments. Provide expertise and hands‑on support in talent management, acquisition, workforce planning, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management, and change management. Partner with the Division VP of Human Resources to drive initiatives and development strategies, attracting and retaining high‑potential talent across all functions and levels. Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs, develop innovative strategies to progress the organization forward in talent strategy and employee experience. Facilitate annual people processes including compensation planning, performance management, and talent review. Collaborate with and coach the management team to drive improvement, implement cultural change, organization and talent development, workforce planning, and a rewarding employee experience. Champion appropriate change management and continuous improvement opportunities, creating a standard HR framework across OPS segments. Provide coaching and development to the OPS HR team and drive succession planning potential within the team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in human resources, including 3 years in team management. Relevant experience in a growing, global manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to engage high‑performing teams. Proven experience as a results‑driven HR leader implementing process improvements and new programs. Ability to manage and initiate change, use metrics and analytics to make decisions, and hold self and others accountable for success. Compensation Salary Minimum: $180,000
