Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (required) SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or other HR certifications (a plus) Minimum of five years of Director-level experience in managing an HR team with a solid generalist background in all areas of HR management, supporting at least 600 employees across multiple locations Experience with Worker's Comp cases and litigation Multi-unit experience in the restaurant industry is essential, as it equips candidates with the unique ability to navigate the complexities of managing diverse teams across various locations while ensuring consistency in HR practices and compliance. Preferred experience in the hospitality industry, especially in HR leadership roles In-depth knowledge of local, California, and federal employment regulations Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving
