About the Role We’re seeking an enthusiastic Director of Employee Success to join our People Team. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, partner with leaders, and focus on organizational development, change management, and employee growth within our Digital Infrastructure org, one of the fastest growing areas at Crusoe. What You'll Be Working On Partner with leadership to create aligned HR strategies and programs including performance management, management excellence, and compensation reviews. Develop and implement programs to drive positive change. Guide managers on career development and skill enhancement. Serve as a point of contact for employees, assisting with professional and personal issues. Collaborate on talent initiatives to meet business needs. Manage HR policies, processes, and programs. Analyze organizational health indicators and suggest improvements. Foster employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction. Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment. Conduct organizational assessments and talent gap analyses. Manage off-boarding processes when necessary. What You'll Bring to the Team Ability to travel up to 70% of the time. 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations, with proven success in fostering positive relationships. Experience working with software, construction, and unionized employee populations. Experience with global employee populations. Strong understanding of business strategy, talent planning, and data-driven insights. Excellent organizational, communication, and autonomous working skills. High discretion handling confidential matters. Proven expertise in employee investigations, policy development, and coaching. Ability to build influential partnerships across organizational levels.
